If you were wondering about the background for the last paragraph:

“Raghukul Reeti” originates from the famous line
“raghukul reeti sada chali aayi, praan jaaye par vachan na jaaye”, exemplified by King Dasrath’s sending his son Ram for fourteen year exile to keep his promise with Kekayi, and Ram faithfully obeying this to keep his father’s word.

Azaad (chandrashekhar) vowed never to be caught alive by the British, and shot himself in the head when the colonial police surrounded him in Allahabad. This must not be mistaken for a fearful attempt of suicide under confusion; it was a brave act to keep the pledge he had publicly taken for the HIndustan Socialist Republican Association.

    soch lia hai tumne jo,
    sach karke use dikha do.

    dikha dena is jagat ko,
    mohini tumhe bharma nahi sakti,
    satya tumse chup nahi sakta,
    ghabrate nahi tum sankat se,
dikha dena ki tum ua bharat ke vasi ho,
jahan Bhishm aur azad paida hue.

Aj naya tumne prana lia jo,
tumhe har haal main nibhana hai us ko…

    Cheers!!!!!

Thanks Ravish! Your poetic comments are commendable.

By the way, I insist that my poems must not be related to my personal life, although sometimes they may have some resemblance ;-)
